Proposal to Preparation and constitution Mausoleum
全国中华儿女入政界商界火【炎】黄子孙、全球海外华人及信仰关公的地球村的女士们、先生们：
Chinese sons and daughters and descendants in politics and business , Overseas Chinese, ladies and gentlemen in the global village who believe Guan Gong:
忠义二字团结了中华儿女；
Two words, Faithful and Morality, unity Chinese people
春秋一书代表着民族精神。
One book, Spring and Autumn Annals, represents the national spirit
二右任先生的这副名联道出了海峡两岸同根同宗的血脉关系。
The famous couplet of Mr Yu Yu-jen represents the blood relations across the Taiwan Strait from the same root clan.
在中华民族的史册上，在中华大地奔腾了千万年的黄河，到了黄土高原，转了个“几”字形的大弯。南下的黄河水，把陕西划向河套，把山西背在河东。
In Chinese history, Yellow River surges forward for millenary in the land of China and turns as a Chinese word form “Ji” in the Loess Plateau, Yellow River when it goes to the south formulates Shaanxi to loop and draws up Shanxi to He Dong.
古老的河东是华夏民族的摇篮，历史悠久，源远流长。
He Dong is the ancient Chinese national cradle and has long history.
这里山川秀丽，人杰地灵，英才辈出，万世彪炳。
Here forms beautiful landscape, outstanding, generating excellences, splendid aeon.
尧、舜、禹，相继在河东建都，
Yao, Shun and Yu have established their capitals in He Dong.
“帝王之都曰中”，
?“The imperial capital” means in the centre ?
“中国”一词源于河东。
The word ? China ? comes from He Dong.
武圣关公的故乡就在河东的运城常平村。
The homeland of the Saint of War Guan Gong is just in the Chang Ping village of Yun Cheng in He Dong.关公出生中条山为屏， 北有盐池湖为障，雄踞于灵秀水之间，
Here, the mountain Tiao as south shield and the Salt Lake as north barrier, dominate between scenery water.
在这层深厚的觉甸甸的黄土地上，孕育出了与文圣孔子齐名的“武圣关公”。

先武穆而神，大宋千古，大汉千古；
The Solemn Paladin Yuefei is in advance as God
后宣尼而圣，山东一人，山西一人。
The Xuanni Confucius is afterward as Saint
这副名联道出了华夏儿女对文武二圣的共仰与同尊。
The famous couplet represents the same reverence and respect of the Chinese people for the two saints.
关公，是世人心目中的神灵和圣人的。
Guan Gong, he is a God and Saint in the Chinese mentality.
他对国以忠，得人以义，处世以仁，对敌以勇，行事以礼，韬筹以智，盟约以信的高贵品德和铮铮风骨，经天纬地，气贯长虹，与大地同厚，与日月同辉。
His greet morality, his strength characters, his ability to rule the country and his fullness of daring with his faithfulness for his country, his brotherhood code for his people, his kindness in interpersonal, his gallantry against enemy, his etiquette with society, his wisdom of war art and his trust for covenant, are deep as the earth and bright as the sky.
然关公罹难，惊天地，泣鬼神，一千八百年来，身首异处，王泉山关公一声呐喊——“还我头来！”震荡了多少世纪，感动了多少炎黄后昆，令多少信众顶礼膜拜，祈求佑庇。
But the earth was shaken by the death of Guan Gong and the ghost and gods wept for the death of Guan Gong. He had been decapitated since one thousand eight hundred years. The scream by Guan Gong “Return My Head!” has shocked several centuries and has touched so many Chinese people. His scream had made so many believers to pay homage to him and to pray for his shelter.
惊乎，洛阳关林古柏上的龙头凤尾，充满玄机！悲哉，当阳关陵古柏无首，顿感悲壮和神威！欣逢盛世，关公故里勇于开拓人，郑重向全球华人倡议——
Surprised, the leading Pteris in Luoyang is full of mystery! Sad indeed, it makes heroically tragic without the head in tomb of Guan Gong around by the coopers in Dang Yang,
Gladly meeting the golden age, the brave pioneers in the homeland of Guan Gong propose to all the Chinese in the world——
世界大关公文化旅游城让关公故里，洛阳关林、当阳关陵、运城关帝祖莹“三土完神”。
In Chang Ping village of the homeland Guan Gong, it will prepare to build Imperial Mausoleum Guan in the world’s tallest statue of Guan Gong scenic!
Let Guan Lin in Luoyang, Guan Ling Mausoleum in Dang Yang and Ancestral burial ground of Emperor Guan in Yun Cheng, “the three holy lands” revert to his origin.
补历史之缺憾，接地域之灵气。
Complement deficiencies of History, access geographical aura.
巍巍乎关公城，依山而建，皇皇乎关公城，青史永垂，烈烈动【功】勋垂史，赫赫之威，信高昆化！圣帝虽殁，神威恒在，英灵长存。
The towering Imperial Mausoleum Guan was built by hillside. The stately Imperial Mausoleum Guan is down in the annals of history. Heroically feats is down the annals of history. His prominent prestige and faith influence the posterity.
His kamui and his spirit are forever though he is gone.
护国佑民，三教同尊。关公信众，越华夏，跨海域，超民族，遍寰宇，为日月经天，犹江河行地。爷帝之望，光我人文；祈帝佑护，强吾华裔。
Protection the country and people, respect the tree religions. Guan Gong’s believers step across land and sea, transcending the nation and the world as everlasting as the sun and the moon and as immutable as the rivers.
Guan Di’s hope is to ever bright our humanities. We pray for the Emperor his protecting and developing strongly his posterities.
中华儿女，当以为继，诚信为本，安邦固基。市委市府，主政擘划，建设生态智慧城，“世界关公文化建筑群”更加璀璨明丽——关公家庙、关公祖庙、关公城——全球瓮城人的朝拜圣地，当之无愧！
All Chinese should inherit his hope, be honesty and strengthen the state’s base.
Yun Cheng’s municipal government presided over the planning to build the eco- smart city. “Guan Gong Cultural Buildings” will be more shining bright—— Guan Gong Temple, Guan Gong ancestral temple, the emperor Guan Temple—— a place, fully deserved, for pilgrimage from all people of barbicans of the world!

Chinese people and descendants of the global village should be of one heart and one mind, should work and pull together, should contribute the wisdom, and should contribute the capital.
